Cancellation policy.

Our salon policies are in place to help keep clients and staff safe and ensure that all of our guests receive the best possible service in a timely manner. We appreciate that plans can sometimes change or an emergency may lead to you having to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you must cancel within 48 hours, please give us a call as soon as possible so that we can make any necessary changes. We run a cancelation list and would really appreciate the opportunity to offer another guest the appointment space. 

Booking fees

Some services may require a small booking fee to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

Hair Extensions

All orders of hair for hair extensions are payable in full upfront. No refunds can be issued unless the hair is faulty or damaged.
